This wonderful 3 Oz Silver coin is the first issue from the new “Legendary Warriors” series, dedicated to the most famous warriors in History. In this edition – the Spartan Hoplite. The coin features a wonderful Gold plating, has a nice Relief, has an Antique Finish quality and comes in an a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 500 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin depicts a Spartan warrior who rushes towards the danger ignoring the rain of arrows and holding the gilded xiphos. Enhanced with some colour, the dramatic battle scene in the background looks literally covered with blood. On the bottom of the reverse the inscription “SPARTAN HOPLITE” – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin features the inner side of the hoplon shield and the inscriptions: “REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN” – the issuing country, “2019” – the year of issue and “3000 FRANCS CFA” – the face value.
