After point of sale we would send an invoice to collect core cost. Once we get core back we would refund that charge
All Returns & Adjustments are Subject to the Following Conditions
• All Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase,
• Price adjustments must be made within 10 days of original invoice date.
• The original invoice must accompany all returns.
• No returns on electrical parts.
• All body parts are sold "as is" with no return.
• No refunds on cuts and other non-standard or custom prepped parts,
• Part must be returned in the same condition, complete, undamaged and packaged in the same manner in which it was delivered.
• All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee and/or return shipping fee.
• Ail cores must be drained of fluids and complete as sold, in order to obtain credit.
• Deposits or pre-paid special order parts are non-refundable.
• All returns are for in-store credit. Credit memos expire one year from the date of return,
WARRANTY INFORMATION
• A6 month part replacement warranty applies, unless otherwise noted on your invoice. All claims must be made within this time period,
• The warranty term is based on the original purchase date on your Invoice.
• The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty,
• The defective part must be returned to Waterloo Auto Parts for replacement.
• A Life-time part replacement warranty Is available on certain parts for an additional fee and will be noted as such on your invoice,
• Parts and Labor warranties are available for additional cost and will be indicated on your invoice. Labor claims will be paid based on the Chllton
Labor Guide at a rate of .00 per hour. Labor warranties are limited to the lesser of the purchase price of the component or 0.00,
• New fluids, filters, seals and gaskets must be used in the installation of drive line components. All lubricants and fluids used must be of the type
recommended by the manufacturer. Receipts for installation items must accompany the claim for warranty.
• Waterloo Auto Parts reserves the right to provide warranty repair at a facility of its choice.
• Labor claims will only be paid if a parts and labor warranty is indicated on your invoice,
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM OUR WARRANTY
• The purchaser's loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars or other
consequential damages,
• On drive line components fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors,
hoses, belts, frost plugs, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed.
• Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation.
• Claims that result from the failure of other existing components,
• Claims that result from overheating due to cooling system failure.
• Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, off-road purposes or any purpose other than the original application,
• Warranties are not transferable and are for the original purchaser only.

For items shipped via LTL Freight.
Our freight carrier requires a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address.
If you cannot provide a commercial business address we offer a residential delivery service that can be purchased separately.
For small items we ship they will ship with UPS or USPS with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.
