Disney Multiplane Painting Bambi meets Little Flower

Description

This is a very rare vintage Walt Disney Multiplane Painting produced by Courvoisier, San Francisco. The title is "Bambi Meets Little Flower, The Skunk " and is from the 1940s. It is a hand painted scene on separate pieces of glass and measures 8 1/4" x 8 3/4'.
This series was made to show how the multiplane camera setup worked with different layers of animation cels creating the illusion of depth in the Disney animated films.  The same technique is used here with paintings on different panes of glass
