This is a rare Donald Duck with Chip 'n Dale photo print used for reference during the production process for Disney's legendary Dye Transfer Prints. It is a colorful piece measuring approximately 11" by 14" on smooth glossy photo print stock. It is in very good overall condition, with general handling wear including a small circular indentation mark at the top left corner, and crease line at the bottom right corner. From the Golden Age of the 1940's until the late 1970's or early 1980's, Disney made limited edition printed reproductions of animation cels from their animated films as high-quality prints on heavyweight paper. They were made by the dye-transfer photographic process which created a sharp and vibrant color print image on thick high-quality paper. This is an outstanding rare vintage piece of Disneyana magic, and a magnificent example to own from the Golden Age of Disney featuring one of their most famous characters. It would look fantastic framed and prominently displayed, and would be a key addition to any collection or an exceptional gift.
